Supreme Universal has unveiled Supreme Rivana, a new residential project in Punawale, Pune, marking its latest addition to the city’s growing western corridor. Spread over 12.6 acres, the development is designed as a riverfront gated community with a mix of 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes.
The project is planned as a phased development with a total potential of over 3 million square feet and an estimated investment of more than ₹1,500 crore. The residential towers are expected to rise up to 30 floors, with layouts aimed at ensuring natural ventilation, daylight, and open views.
A central feature of the development is a multi-level clubhouse of over 50,000 sq. ft., complemented by a wide range of amenities. These include sports facilities such as pickleball and padel courts, along with more than 50 lifestyle features designed for different age groups. The project also incorporates landscaped open spaces and plans to include over 700 trees to enhance the living environment.
Located between the Aundh–Ravet BRTS road and NH-48, the project benefits from connectivity to key routes such as the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park. Upcoming infrastructure projects, including the proposed Ring Road and Navi Mumbai International Airport, are expected to further improve accessibility in the area.
Punawale has emerged as a preferred residential destination in recent years, driven by its connectivity, expanding social infrastructure, and proximity to employment hubs. The first phase of Supreme Rivana will focus on 2 and 3 BHK apartments, targeting homebuyers seeking larger living spaces and planned community developments.
With this launch, Supreme Universal continues to strengthen its footprint in Pune’s residential market, focusing on projects that integrate location advantages with long-term urban growth potential.
