Mr. Anuj Khanna, Managing Director and CEO of TNRIC Services as well as the Managing Head at Triumph Estates, has been appointed as the Co-Chairman of the Housing & Urban Development Committee at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI). With over 22 years of experience in the real estate and architecture sector, Mr. Anuj is renowned for delivering high-quality projects that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics, consistently exceeding client expectations. From 2016 to 2023, he held key positions in PHDCCI, including Co-Chairman of committees like Housing & Urban Development, Punjab Housing, Housing & Urban Affairs, and Infrastructure Development.
An alumnus of the Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Mr. Khanna began his career in 2002 by establishing Studio1Architect. His work gained recognition through successful residential and commercial projects in the NCR Delhi region. He has also played a key role in Triumph Estates Group, a Real estate investment firm established in 1994, backed by the expertise of his father, Mr. S.C. Khanna, who had 18 years of experience in a nationalized banking. Under their leadership, Triumph Estates has built a formidable reputation as a comprehensive guide for property management in Gurgaon.
In 2016, Mr. Anuj founded Triumph NRI Corporate (TNRIC) Services Pvt Ltd, offering real estate investment advisory services to NRIs, HNIs, and Expatriates, leveraging his architectural expertise to enhance client experiences. Under his leadership, Triumph-TNRIC successfully organized investment and project management summits and roadshows on international platforms such as Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain, and Malaysia, providing valuable insights to NRI and expatriate communities on investment opportunities in India.
Mr. Khanna played a pivotal role in the PHD Chamber of Commerce by facilitating key summits and conclaves on housing infrastructure and government policies, such as RERA, Smart City Projects, and Affordable Housing. As CEO of TNRIC, he actively participated in the India Singapore Summit in 2016 as a sponsor and speaker. His contributions as a panelist and speaker at various forums, seminars, and educational institutions have been instrumental in promoting housing regulations and urban development initiatives.
