Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited has unveiled a new set of residential project launches across Pune West, timed with the upcoming festive season. The developments are spread across key growth corridors—Sinhgad Road, Bhugaon, and Hinjewadi Phase 1—catering to increasing demand for well-planned homes in connected urban locations.
The company plans to introduce five new towers as part of this phase, including two on Sinhgad Road, two in Bhugaon, and one in Hinjewadi Phase 1. These additions are expected to strengthen its presence in Pune’s fast-growing residential micro-markets, offering a mix of modern amenities, strong connectivity, and lifestyle-oriented living spaces suited for both homebuyers and investors.

Speaking on the development, Amit Paranjape, who oversees business development at the company, said the festive season continues to be a key period for homebuyers in India, often associated with new beginnings and long-term investments. He added that the new projects are designed to align with evolving buyer expectations by offering thoughtfully planned homes in locations that combine connectivity, lifestyle appeal, and future growth potential. He also noted the company’s growing footprint across multiple cities and its continued focus on developing integrated townships.
Among the locations, Sinhgad Road remains a preferred residential hub due to its connectivity to central Pune, established infrastructure, and proximity to employment centres. Bhugaon is gaining traction for its balance of natural surroundings and improving infrastructure, along with access to Kothrud and the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway. Meanwhile, Hinjewadi Phase 1 continues to attract demand from IT professionals due to its proximity to Pune’s major technology hub, making it a strategic residential choice.
Pune’s housing market has remained resilient, supported by the city’s IT-driven economy, infrastructure upgrades, and ongoing urban expansion. The newly announced projects are expected to see strong interest from both first-time buyers and those looking to invest in high-growth areas.
Looking ahead, Paranjape Schemes aims to further expand its presence, scale up integrated township developments, and extend its senior living offerings across India.
